Place your pieces according to their individual movement rules. The Commander can only travel one square at a time within the nine-pointed star. Mandarins must stay within diagonal moves within the palace. Ministers move exactly two squares diagonally and cannot cross the river. Horses move one square straight and then one square diagonally, but can be blocked by adjacent pieces. Chariots move any number of squares straight, making them powerful attackers. Cannons move like chariots but must capture by hopping over exactly one piece. Soldiers move forward one square and capture diagonally after crossing the river. Capture the opponent's general to win the game. Strategize your moves carefully to checkmate the computer opponent.
